Vacuum Hardening
With our computer-controlled vertical and horizontal vacuum furnaces,
vacuum hardening,
vacuum stress relieving,
vacuum normalizing
processes are carried out.
Our furnaces ensure temperature uniformity through convection heating and minimize distortion with controlled cooling. They are computer-controlled, allowing traceability and continuous reporting. With their recording system, they provide stability for your specially repeatable processes.
For metal injection molds, NADCA criteria are applied as a basis.
Note: In our vertical furnace, long parts can be hardened with low deformation. For further details, please contact our technical team for more information.

Stress Relieving
Normalizing
This method involves heating materials to the austenitizing temperature to complete the required structural transformations, and then cooling them sufficiently slowly to allow transformation into their natural room-temperature structure.
